Après mes crêpes à la bière, je vous propose une version au cidre et à la chicorée!
Avec la chandeleur qui arrive, c'est une recette parfaite!
J'ai pour l'occasion, testé la marque "linette" et je dois dire que ça m'a conquis! Je vous recommande vivement d'aller jeter un oeil à leur site!
Ingrédients pour une dizaine de crêpes :
- 225 gr de farine
- 25 gr de linette classique
- 3 cuillères à soupe de sucre
- 1 pincée de sel
- 3 oeufs
- 3 cuillères à soupe d'huile
- 40 cl de cidre
- 3 cuillères à soupe de chicorée liquide
- De l'eau.
Mélangez tous les ingrédients solides.
Ajoutez le cidre progressivement, puis les oeufs, la chicoré liquide et enfin l'huile.
Ajoutez un peu d'eau si la pâte est un peu trop épaisse. Mélangez pour obtenir une préparation lisse et homogène.
Laissez reposez 30 minutes. Mélangez de nouveau.
Faites cuire vos crêpes dans une poêle adaptée pendant environs 3 minutes de chaque côté.
